Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nembario Digital handles personal data collected through nembario.digital. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

It applies to this website and to messages sent through the contact form or the booking widget. It does not cover data handled by third-party tools under their own policies.

How we handle data

Five commitments in plain terms

Before the sections below, here is the short version of how this site treats the information you hand over.

  1. We collect only what you submit. Name, email address and message content from the contact form; name, email address and chosen time slot from the booking widget.
  2. We read messages as people. Your inquiry is answered by our team. No automated sales system processes it, and no advertising profile is built from it.
  3. We do not sell your data. The information you send stays inside Nembario Digital and the scheduling tools needed to arrange a call.
  4. You can ask for a copy or deletion. Reply to any email from us or use the contact form, and we will confirm the action we take.
  5. Nothing here is permanent by default. Server logs are deleted or anonymized after a limited period once they are no longer needed for security.

What we collect

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the name, email address, and time slot you select.

We also collect standard technical information through server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. That log data is used for security and basic site operation, not for profiling. It is not joined to your name or to the content of your message.

Why we hold it

How we use your information

We use contact details to respond to your inquiry and to schedule and conduct calls. We use technical log data to keep the site running, detect abuse, and understand which pages are visited.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or advertising profiles. Messages sent through the site are read by our team, not processed by an automated sales system.

Tools involved

Third-party services

The site uses scheduling and meeting tools to arrange calls. When you book a time, your details are processed by that provider under its own privacy policy. We choose providers that are widely used in professional settings, but we do not control their practices, and their terms sit alongside ours rather than inside it.

Retention

How long we keep data

Retention depends on the record. Here is what stays, what goes, and what triggers the change.

Record When it goes
Contact messages Deleted on request, or once the inquiry and any follow-up are closed
Booking details Held by the scheduling provider under its own retention rules
Server logs Deleted or anonymized after a limited period
Project records Kept for the period required for business and legal purposes

We do not keep personal data longer than we need it. If a project proceeds, records related to the engagement are kept for the period required for business and legal purposes; everything else is cleared once its job is done.

Your requests

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or request deletion. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

Ask

What personal data we hold about you, and where it came from.

Copy

A copy of the details we hold, so you can check them yourself.

Correct

Any detail that has changed or was recorded incorrectly.

Delete

Removal of the contact messages or booking notes we keep, unless a legal or business reason requires the record.

To make a request, reply to any email from us or use the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period and confirm what action we have taken.

Protection and contact

Security and contact

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. Access to contact messages is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection.

Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page. If you would like the policy clarified in plain language, ask and we will explain the relevant part rather than repeat it back to you.

Changes to this policy

If practices change

We may update this policy if our practices change or if legal requirements shift. The current version is always the one published on this page.

If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will note it on the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Where to go next

This page covers the privacy policy. Its companion pages describe how cookies are handled and what the terms of service say about using this site.

Common questions

Clear answers before you ask us

Do you use the details in my message for anything else?

No. The name, email address and message content you submit are used to answer your inquiry and, if it moves forward, to plan the work. We do not build advertising profiles or hand your details to a sales list.

Do I have to use the booking widget to talk to you?

No. The scheduler is there for convenience. If you would rather keep your details inside our own email thread, send a note through the contact form or reply to any message from us and we will set up the call directly.

What do you need from me to delete a record?

Name the email address or phone number you used to reach us, and say which record you want removed. That is enough for us to find it and confirm the deletion. If a legal or business reason requires us to keep part of a project record, we will tell you which part and why.

What happens to this page when the policy changes?

You keep reading the live version. The policy you see here is always the current one, and when a change affects how we handle your data we note it on the site. There is no separate archive of older versions to compare against.
